What we collect
If you fill in the form on this site, we collect your first and last name, email address, company name, how you prefer to be contacted, the description of what you are trying to solve, and your phone number if you choose to give one — together with the date you submitted it.
We also record which pages are viewed on this site, and roughly where in the world the visit came from. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you ask us to do. Page history is used to understand which parts of the site people find useful, and so that we have some context before we call you back.
Cookies and analytics
We use HubSpot as our customer relationship system. It places two kinds of cookie in your browser: one that counts visits and pages viewed, and one that remembers this browser has been here before, so that if you later send us the form, the pages you looked at are attached to your enquiry.
These are our own cookies, not an advertising network’s. This site carries no advertising cookies, no advertising pixels and no social-media trackers. Nothing here follows you onto other websites, and we do not sell or share your information with advertisers.
You can decline these cookies using the banner when it appears, or block and clear cookies in your browser settings. The site and the form work either way — nothing is withheld if you say no.
HubSpot processes this information on our behalf and under our instructions. Their privacy policy is at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
Who can see it
- The two principals of Telcopilot LLC.
- Our website host and HubSpot, which between them receive and store what you send through the form and the page history described above.
- Where you ask us to obtain pricing, the distributor and provider we approach on your behalf, limited to the information needed to produce a quote.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as we provide services, and afterwards for as long as our agreements and tax rules require.
Your choices
Write to info@telcopilot.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
