Luanne Ashcraft

Luanne has spent more than thirty years in telecommunications and technology, and works as an independent technology advisor. Her range runs across UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, cloud, data networking, cybersecurity and IoT, and she has built long relationships with Fortune 1000 buyers, providers and channel partners along the way. Because she is not tied to one platform or provider, she can put several real options in front of you and say plainly which one fits your requirements and your budget.

Her view is that technology should resolve a business problem rather than add another one, so a first conversation with her is about what you are trying to fix — not about what anyone has to sell.

Lance Shoemaker

Lance has spent thirty years inside the networks and data centers that business technology runs on — internet access and private WAN, MPLS, colocation and managed hosting, DDoS protection, and direct connections into AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. He designed and sold those services at national scale for operators including AT&T, WilTel, AboveNet, Latisys and GTT, which means he has seen how they are built, what they genuinely cost to deliver, and which contract terms have room in them.

At Telcopilot he runs the technical side: turning what a business is trying to accomplish into a specification providers can quote against, reading what comes back, and holding renewals to what the market actually charges.
